Family Ministry is a partnership between The Community Church of Vero Beach and your home. Our goal is to help teach children and youth, develop leaders, and equip parents with practical tools to use at home to lead children and youth in the ways of Jesus. We believe faith is learned as it is woven seamlessly into the fabric of daily life and we strive to help families grow in their faith as part of their everyday experience. Through weekly newsletters, monthly family events, a weekend family retreat, and parenting tips we encourage families to find meaningful connections in living their faith together.
WEEKEND FAMILY RETREAT
2023 CHURCH RETREAT: Mark your calendar for our upcoming Church Retreat at Westgate River Ranch on April 21-23, 2023! The weekend theme, Beautifully Rooted, will focus on the Ways of Jesus. We will participate in devotions, play games, gather at a bonfire each night, enjoy a free afternoon on Saturday, and worship together Sunday morning. We have reserved 10 railcars that sleep six and the retreat weekend will include 5 meals (dinner Friday night, Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner, and Sunday breakfast). We hope you will mark your calendar to attend this fun retreat! The weekend will be $450 per family unit (scholarships available), with a $200 deposit due by February 1, 2023.
