	In January and early February, 2019, members and active participants of the congregation were invited to complete a survey, either online or on paper. The objective of the survey was to provide the congregation with an opportunity for input to the search process. Questions covered reasons for attending Community Church, preferred strengths of the new Senior Minister, how church members view the church’s identity, and most important components of a sermon. The following pages present the findings of this survey, which will be a helpful tool in the search for our next Senior Minister.
